He is trach, ventilator, g-tube dependent and requires bathing and diapering, feeding, medication and breathing treatments. Total care ADLs and includes lifting and repositioning
Currently seeking overnight shifts 6p-6a, weekdays and weekends. ALSO seeking per diem for days and night shifts

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a home hospital setting, including monitoring vital signs, communicating with doctors, and administering medications.
- Assist with tracheotomy, tube feeding, and ventilator management as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate health status.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care for patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
