Job Description
As a Service/Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in providing specialized technical support services. Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.

What You’ll Accomplish?
● Work with technical team to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely maintenance, repair, and installation of Flytech Technology products
● Provide technical support to customers and train them on the use and service of Flytech products.
● Analyze service reports and work with R&D team to identify recurring issues in order to develop solutions to improve product performance.
● Maintain accurate records of all services provided and parts used, and regularly update the inventory system.
● Internal IT responsibilities
● Responsible for testing new products and providing feedback to the PM/R&D team.
● May need to travel to customer sites to provide onsite equipment maintenance and repair.
● (Organize) logistic and warehousing.
What Are We Looking For?

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licenses and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
