Additional Physical Demands:
The following are the basic physical demands that will need to be met by the candidates in order to be considered
for the position.
Carrot FSE’s performing this type of work will be required to stand, walk, kneel, sit, crouch and/or crawl for several
hours a day in order to properly install the equipment. A Carrot Mechanical Installer is frequently required to climb
a ladder and balance while taking instruction or giving it to a colleague. Good vision (i.e. close-up, depth
perception, peripheral, etc.) is also a requirement.
Work Environment Details:
Carrot Mechanical Installers will be working near moving mechanical parts that can cause injury if attention to
detail is lost. In the hospital environment, the Carrot Mechanical Installer may be exposed to work in hazardous
places, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. There is risk of electrical shock - and risk of radiation -
- so attention to detail is critical in many ways.
Assigned Territory:
- This FSE position will be based in the Pacific Northwest Territory covering Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary is $60,000 - $75,000 DOE
