Description: Seeking full and part time dispatchers that have excellent communication, decision-making and organizational skills along with great customer service.
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Obtain pertinent information regarding an incident
- Prepare estimates prior to dispatching services
- Have thorough knowledge of company procedures
- Be able to adequately explain pricing and protocol to customers upon request
- Neat and clean appearance and dependability are a MUST
- A good driving record are required
- Must pass a drug test
