Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience assisting with residential and/or light commercial HVAC system installations and is eager to grow into a lead installer role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers with the installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Carry out tasks such as running ductwork, setting equipment, wiring, brazing, and piping
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Deliver excellent customer service while on job sites
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial)
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
- Knowledge of HVAC components and installation processes
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and learn quickly
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
