About us Colorado Krav Maga is Fort Collins' home for real-world self-defense and fitness — adult Krav Maga, youth classes starting at age 3, after-school programs, and summer camps for ages 5–12. Small team, growing fast. This role is the engine at the front of the house.
The role You own two things: the member experience at the front desk, and the pipeline of new students. Half operator, half closer.
What you'll do
- Run the front desk — greet everyone by name, handle calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins
- Manage schedules, trial bookings, tours, and intro classes
- Own member accounts: agreements, billing, renewals, holds
- Work every lead from first inquiry to signed membership — adult programs, youth classes, after-school, and camps
- Keep the CRM airtight: every lead logged, tracked, and followed up
- Support new-student retention touchpoints through their first 90 days

Compensation
- Starting: 18 / hr - Will increase as the studio increases.
- Commission: 1% of all business revenue directly attributable to you — every membership, camp enrollment, after-school signup, and sale you close. Paid monthly. Uncapped. The studio grows, you grow.

Schedule:
- Mon - Thur 10am - 6pm / Fri 1pm - 6pm / Sat 9am - 1pm
- Mon - Fri 12pm - 8pm
You're a fit if you
- Stay organized when the front desk gets loud
- Sell by listening — consultative, never pushy
- Are equally comfortable with a camp parent and a 35-year-old trial student
- Follow up relentlessly
- Bonus: interest in martial arts or fitness (training's on us)
