Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, coloring, and haircutting services tailored to individual client preferences
- Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently
- Perform specialized treatments including hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations and salon protocols
- Engage clients through effective communication, offering personalized recommendations for hair care products and retail items
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments using retail math skills
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering with straight razors, and color theory principles
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
- Proficiency with salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and retail management
- Strong knowledge of hair care products, coloring techniques, and hair styling trends
- Experience performing hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care treatments is preferred
- Excellent customer service and client communication skills to build lasting relationships
- Ability to uphold sanitation standards consistently while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Skills in retail sales, upselling techniques, and store management to maximize client satisfaction and revenue

Pay: $25.09 - $30.22 per hour
