We are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians with well-rounded maintenance skills. We are also willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Gutter cleaning, repairs, and downspout maintenance
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Siding and fascia repairs
- Flashing repairs
- Maintenance inspections
- Water leak identification and minor repairs
- Deck wood repairs and staining
- Interior and exterior painting
- Power washing
- Digging and general labor
- Light plumbing (including faucet replacement)
- Light electrical repairs
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Snow removal during the winter season
- Caulking and weatherproofing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with general maintenance and repair work
- Own tools
- Reliable truck or van with room for tools and materials
- Valid phone with the ability to send and receive photos from job sites for communication and documentation
- Ability to safely carry and use ladders, tools, and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and communicate effective solutions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
