HVAC Installer 2nd – Residential Systems

We’re hiring a HVAC Installer 2nd to join our growing team at Precision Air Heating & Cooling. With over 30 years in the industry and an unmatched local reputation, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to grow with a company that values its people.
What You’ll Do:
- Residential installation projects, including:
- High-efficiency heat pumps
- Dual fuel systems
- Communicating systems
- Ductless mini splits
- Ensure each install is done to the highest standard, with accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee and mentor helpers or junior installers when assigned
- Coordinate with our install manager (26 years of experience) for job planning and support
- Deliver a great customer experience and communicate clearly in the home
- Complete all required documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of lead HVAC installation experience
- Knowledge of system types including ductless, dual fuel, and communicating systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work as a team
- Focused on quality, efficiency, and safety
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
