We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
Duties
- Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise and train staff in hospitality best practices, including housekeeping management and event planning.
- Oversee property management tasks, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the premises.
- Coordinate laundry services and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including scheduling and event coordination.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in serving and bartending
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Open availability on holidays and weekends.
- Familiarity with cooking or food service operations is beneficial but not required.
