What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
This is a dynamic role that bridges technical hands-on trade work with professional customer service.
- The Trade: Learn to safely remove and install various insulation types (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) in attics, walls, and crawlspaces.
- The Client Experience: Greet homeowners and contractors, explain the process professionally, complete paperwork, collect payments, and ensure the job site is cleaner than how you found it.
- The Logistics: Safely drive and maintain our company trucks and insulation trailers from launch site (between Star and Middleton) to the job sites.
- The Team: Work efficiently with co-workers, keep safety a #1 priority, and maintain your equipment.
Who You Are (Requirements):

- Adaptable: Comfortable working in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and varying temperatures while wearing standard safety/PPE gear.
- Physical Capability: Able to lift 50 lbs frequently, climb, crawl, and stand for long periods.
- Experience (Preferred but not required): Some exposure to construction, landscaping, roofing, or contracting is a plus. Experience with Apple products, tech apps, or CRMs is a great bonus.
- Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
