Job Overview
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide hybrid school-based services in the North Fort Worth area (up to 2 days per week remote work).
This position combines in-person and remote responsibilities, depending on district needs and clinician qualifications. Responsibilities may include on-campus therapy, evaluations, consultations, with the opportunity to complete paperwork such as documentation, report writing, and progress reports from home. Whether you're looking for a full-time caseload or a flexible part-time schedule, you'll receive the support of an experienced clinician and a therapist-owned company.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in person
- Complete speech-language evaluations and write evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings (in person or virtually, as appropriate)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Independently manage an assigned caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise SLP-A as needed
Qualifications
- Active Texas license as an SLP
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to provide hybrid services, including travel to schools in the North Fort Worth area as needed
- Reliable internet access
- Knowledge of eSPED/Frontline preferred
- Professional liability insurance required for 1099 contractors
