What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and accountable
- Mechanically inclined and solution oriented
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA and/or NATE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
