Executive Touch Cleaning Service is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of commercial facilities. This position is primarily responsible for vacuuming carpeted areas and mopping hard surface floors to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Vacuum all designated carpeted areas.
● Mop hard surface floors using proper cleaning techniques.
● Follow assigned cleaning schedules and routes.
● Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.
● Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
● Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
Qualifications:
● Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
● Must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation.
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
