Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive technology and a strong desire to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements with precision and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, suspension, and HVAC.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and accurately document all necessary repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle problems.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers to explain necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive Service Technician or mechanic.
- Certification from an accredited automotive program or equivalent experience.
- Proficient knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
