Additional Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management Development
Engage in growth opportunities with a potential path into management through hands-on leadership experience, involvement in operational decision-making, and accountability for team performance and daily outcomes.

Membership Department Support
Serve as a backup for membership operations by assisting with both new and existing procedures, as needed by the membership team.

Manager on Duty (MOD) Training and Coverage
Complete MOD training and fulfill MOD responsibilities during scheduled shifts. Key duties include addressing member concerns, supervising facility operations, supporting staff, and ensuring consistent adherence to service standards and safety protocols.
