Job Overview
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Jolar Machine Co. is a non-production job shop looking for a motivated CNC Machinist to produce small quantity, high-quality parts from drawings on CNC lathes. This is a hands-on role with consistent work and opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
- Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Maintain quality and accuracy of finished parts
- Assist with general shop tasks as needed
Requirements
- Some machining experience required
- Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools
- Reliable and motivated work ethic
- Willingness to learn (training provided for specific machines)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
Schedule
- Day shift (7 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends
