Join Ascend Management Group as we deploy a structured outreach campaign in Newington in partnership with Frontier. We are a sales and business consulting firm focused on face-to-face customer enrollment, service education, and territory-based activation. The Customer Account Representative supports a community-focused initiative designed to connect households with available Frontier service options.
As a Customer Account Representative, you will work directly with customers in the field to explain Frontier's internet and wireless options in a simple, clear way and help them select the right service plan. You will support enrollments, answer basic questions, and ensure customer information is accurately processed. You will also collaborate with your team to improve messaging and overall field performance.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Representative
- Interact with customers directly and provide information, such as product details, add-ons, pack deals, and others, as a Customer Account Representative
- Handling (face-to-face) customer objections and troubleshooting issues with products or services as a Customer Account Representative.
- Recommend Frontier plans based on household needs and assist with accurate application completion.
- Use mobile tools to log outreach activity, manage service records, and maintain enrollment data integrity.
- Share field insights with campaign leads and teammates to refine messaging and improve outreach performance.
- As a Customer Account Representative, you need to stay up to date on the latest products and services provided by Frontier.
Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Account Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
- Up to 2 years of experience in outreach, sales, or campaign work is helpful; structured internships are also valued.
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain Frontier service plans confidently and accurately, as a Customer Account Representative
- Organized and consistent in managing daily outreach, enrollment activity, and service records.
- Reliable transportation to and from our local office
