Job Description:
E3 XPS is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in details, and wants to be part of the action behind trade shows and live event environments. At E3 XPS, you’ll be a part of building world-class trade show exhibits!
Warehouse Associates perform multiple labor tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical mind, be very organized, and have high attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and check in trade show exhibits, display materials, signage, and event equipment from clients and vendors
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage booth components for upcoming shows according to event orders and deadlines
- Load and unload freight, including crates, cases, and palletized exhibit materials
- Conduct pre-show and post-show audits of client inventory; document condition of materials and flag damage
- Unload, sort, and put away inventory in designated storage locations
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (as applicable)
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
- Report damaged, defective, or missing items to supervisors
- Assist with loading outbound shipments and verifying documentation
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Other service department duties as requested
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or event/trade show experience preferred
- Experience handling large, fragile, or high-value items with care
- Forklift certification required
- Familiarity with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, freight/LTL) and shipping documentation (BOLs, labels)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- High achievers — people who take pride in doing things right the first time
- Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and responsible — our clients and teammates count on you
- Physically capable: able to lift up to 70 lbs. and be on your feet for long shifts
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
