Casino Real is looking for a Players Club Agent to perform a varity of tasks in Players Club.
Responsabilities
- Assist visitors and guide them on the benefits of the "Players Club".
- Offer memberships to new clients.
- Open new accounts, prepare membership cards for the Club and carry out different transactions in the system, as established in the "SOP" and internal procedures.
- Do data entry into the casino's customer tracking system on a daily basis.
- Use telephone etiquette when answering calls and use the telephone box effectively.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special events.
- Provide quality service.
- Prepare guidelines on events to keep clients informed.
- Attend events such as Bingo, Giveaways, Dinners, Birthday Activities, etc.
- Inform about Casino fees and coordinate reservations for members.
- Assist "Slot Management" in required tasks.
- Comply with the rules of conduct and discipline rules established by the Company.
- Report irregularities and problems that arise in your area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.50 per hour
