We are currently searching for an Service Bench Technician. The Service Bench Technician plays a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, deploying inventory, performing deliveries, and maintaining deployment systems. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering efficient and effective service.
The responsibilities of the position include:

Break/fix end-user hardware issues.

Break/fix customer software used for staging equipment.

Deploy inventory following client guidelines.

Perform on-site deliveries.

Learn to use VNET RMM systems.

Maintain VNET deployment systems.

Perform other duties as assigned.
