This is a physical, outdoor job installing underground cable and conduit using hand tools and small equipment. Many of our best crew members started with no experience and worked their way up.
What You’ll Do:
- Install underground cable and conduit
- Work outdoors using shovels and small machinery
- Learn proper techniques, safety practices, and equipment operation
- Be part of a team that gets the job done right
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Reliable and safety-focused
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
