Supplier Material Compliance Data Collection Specialist/PUR Sourcing Associate

Position Summary:
The Supplier Material Compliance Data Collection Specialist is responsible for supporting procurement-led supplier compliance activities by collecting, validating, and maintaining supplier material information. The role focuses on supplier outreach, data quality review, and system data readiness to support regulatory compliance, audit preparedness, and product lifecycle needs.
Duties/ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured supplier outreach.
- Distribute supplier questionnaires and instructions.
- Track supplier responses, due dates, and follow-up actions.
- Review supplier submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate remediation of missing or incomplete information.
- Prepare validated data for upload into internal systems.
- Support periodic refresh of supplier data and audit readiness.
- Develop an improved process for collecting supplier data.
Skills:
- Experience with supplier outreach or supplier data collection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines.
