Pay Rate: $16 -18/hour + tips
Schedule: Consistent schedule. 16-24 hours per week. Must include Sunday availability.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Laundromat Associate who will work independently during your shift. You'll maintain a clean, safe environment and provide excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone with a background in Hospitality, Food Service or Housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and assist with laundry questions or issues.
- Keep the facility clean and organized, while paying close attention to the small details that ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain machine functionality and cleanliness, addressing minor issues or reporting malfunctions with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Manage transactions and customer orders using a POS system.
- Process laundry orders with a keen focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Work independently and efficiently, as you will be the only employee on shift.
Qualifications:
- Positive, can-do attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor are required.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to notice and address small issues before they become bigger problems, ensuring a clean, efficient, and customer-friendly environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to take initiative, stay organized, and manage tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
- Tech savvy, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) register systems (e.g. Square, Toast), G-suite, data entry, and software used for managing customer orders and transactions.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and move around the facility. You will be on your feet most of your shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in laundry is a plus!
