We are seeking a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with both people and animals, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to providing excellent care and service.
Key Responsibilities Client Service & Front Desk Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Check and respond to emails and text messages
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments
- Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Basic veterinary medicine knowledge preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret treatment sheets
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Works well in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior kennel or veterinary experience preferred but not required
- Reliability and dependability are required
- Ability to work every other weekend
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
