Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments
- Manage patient schedules and maintain accurate records
- Discuss treatment plans, scheduling, and financial arrangements with patients
- Follow up with patients to encourage compliance with recommended care plans
- Coordinate communication between patients and the healthcare team
- Assist with administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front desk environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care at every interaction
