Open Position - Warehouse Manager

We achieve this by dressing up golf courses with our elite LED golf leaderboards and first-class tournament signage for charity, competitive, and private golf club events across the country.
- Outdoor LED is everything our company handles outside of the golf world. Our fleet of mobile LED walls travel across the country to enhance a wide variety of events such as: festivals, movie nights, watch parties, concerts, and sporting events.
Job Description
- The position is mostly organizing, staging, maintenance and prepping equipment at our company warehouse to help maximize efficiency for our event team.
- Operating and testing LED screens and modules.
- Occasionally help setting up signage for high end golf tournaments.
- Occasionally will need to be able to pull trailers with a truck.
- Occasionally able to change oil on small generators.
Job Requirements
- Experience towing trailers with pickup trucks. Including the ability to back into tight spaces.
- Great organizational skills
- General Handiness with tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Valid driver’s license is a must with clean driving record
- Prior LED experience not required
- Basic Computer skills.
- Educational degree is a plus, but not required.
- A welding, fabricating background would be a plus, but not required.
- A golf background is preferred, but not required.
Necessary Skills and Traits
- A willingness to learn and anticipate what needs to be done before being told.
- Ability to follow instructions and directions.
- Self-motivated and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must have a willingness to travel on occasion for event help.
- Must be dependable and always on time. Major events will depend on it.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional skills that are bonuses include: A/V knowledge, Welding, Fabrication, Truck parts knowledge, basic tool skills.
Job Duties
- Loading and unloading of trucks for event and tournament setup.
- Inspection and quality control handling of Clubhouse rental equipment. Includes packing and unpacking of event pull lists and verifying of all rental assets in and out from job sites.
- Fully running organizational processes and cleanliness of company warehouse.
- Golf tournament signage set-up.
- Stagehand on larger productions
*Be aware that this is physical labor, requiring punctuality and being detail oriented. You must be available nights and weekends. Some months are demanding depending on event schedule. Some months are slower paced with ample time off.
