QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years’ experience in construction
- Or experience working on a farm
- Must have a working phone with voicemail and reliably answer or return calls
- Strong work ethic, able to be on time and reliable is a must
- Able to handle fast paced hard work and work long days when needed are a must
- Can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to travel occasionally (company paid) – partial weeks, day trips, M-F weekdays
- Be physically fit and be able to stand for long periods of time, work on your knees, lift heavy materials, and work outdoors in high heat and cold weather.
- Drug free at all times
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Arrange and setup of the concrete forms.
- Most digging done by machines, but some raking/shoveling will be needed.
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
- Possibly operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment, depending on previous experience.
- Driving a company truck
