We are looking for experienced order pickers and packers at a candy warehouse. We kindly ask you to apply only if you have warehouse experience and okay with fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications provided.
Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to transport goods.
Maintain an organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the supervisor promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling products and operating equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic math skills for counting and measuring products.
Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
