We are looking for someone to join our City Saloon Family. No bartending experience needed, we will train the right person. We are open Thursday - Monday, closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Our newest Team Member will need to be available Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday, possible Sunday and Monday.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to multitask and handle cash transactions efficiently will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing transactions.
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
- Assist in special events as needed, providing beverage service to guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers, POS systems, and handling cash transactions effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and managing tabs.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus for inventory management tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members alike.
- A friendly demeanor with a willingness to help others create memorable experiences.
