Electrical Superintendent – Data Center & Mission Critical Construction | Nationwide Travel | $100,000–$185,000 + Per Diem + Housing
Join a rapidly growing national electrical contractor delivering some of the largest mission-critical data center projects in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects nationwide.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing electrical crews, overseeing daily field operations, driving safety and quality, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, NEC requirements, and industry standards.
Nationwide travel is required. We provide company-paid housing, daily per diem, and company vehicle or travel allowance options for project assignments.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects
- Manage daily field operations including manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and jobsite coordination
- Oversee installation of electrical infrastructure, including medium-voltage systems (5kV–35kV)
- Ensure all work meets project specifications, NEC requirements, quality standards, and scheduled milestones
- Drive jobsite safety, productivity, quality control, and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and utility providers
- Review electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to support successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, maintain daily reports, track production, and complete field documentation
- Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project schedule and budget goals
- Maintain clear communication between customers, project leadership, and field teams
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Electrical General Foreman, or Electrical Foreman
- Experience leading electrical construction projects in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial environments
- Proven ability to manage electrical crews, subcontractors, and multiple field operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, productivity, and field execution
- Experience with medium-voltage electrical systems (5kV–35kV) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plans
- Strong working knowledge of NEC requirements and OSHA safety standards
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Willingness to travel nationwide for extended project assignments

Pay: $90,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
