The Opportunity
The Warehouse & Material Handler Support plays a key role in ensuring materials, components, and finished goods flow efficiently through MSI TEC’s warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for accurate receiving, inspection, stocking, material kitting, and outbound shipping, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment aligned with MSI TEC, ISO 9001, and OSHA guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where accuracy and urgency both matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments: unload delivery trucks, unpack incoming material, verify contents and quantities against packing slips, and complete electronic receipt in the ERP system.
- Label and put away material in appropriate bin locations, ensuring proper stock rotation and accurate inventory status.
- Inspect incoming material for conformance and Copy Exact requirements, escalating discrepancies as needed.
- Perform job kitting and material delivery for production areas: review pick lists, pull material, and kit BOM components accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Quality on RMAs and NCRs, ensuring timely communication and proper material disposition.
- Assist in staging finished goods, crating, packing, and preparing outbound shipments, including secure packaging and documentation.
- Process outgoing shipments through the ERP system and arrange pickups for freight and international shipments, including BOLs and required export documents.
- Support cycle counting, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy initiatives as assigned.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse: remove trash, break down boxes, and ensure products and shelves are properly labeled by MSI TEC, ISO 9001, and OSHA guidelines.
- Manage warehouse-related email and Microsoft Teams correspondence to ensure timely responses and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Complete special projects and other warehouse tasks assigned to support production and customer delivery commitments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of warehouse and/or material handling experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Prior pallet jack and forklift experience required; current certification preferred but not required, as training/certification can be provided.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and experience using an ERP or warehouse management system.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a time-sensitive environment.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, and high motivation level.
- Reliable, team-oriented work style and strong communication skills.
· Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)
- Experience supporting kitting for production or manufacturing operations.
- Prior experience working within ISO 9001 and/or OSHA-regulated environments.
- Experience with international shipping documentation and freight carrier coordination.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, bending, and operating pallet jacks in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work safely around material handling equipment and in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $23-$25 per hour, non-exempt, based on experience, skills, and certifications.

Location and Schedule
· This is a full-time, on-site position based in Centennial, Colorado. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
