We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper on behalf of our client in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is a permanent position supporting a large private estate residence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and take pride in maintaining a residence to exceptional standards.
The Housekeeper will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the residence, ensuring all areas of the home are consistently maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities include detailed housekeeping, deep cleaning projects, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, changing linens, making beds, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring all living areas are neat and well-presented.
Additional responsibilities include laundry, organizing closets, cabinets, and storage areas, maintaining outdoor furniture (seasonal)and restocking household supplies.
Please Note:
This is a physically active role in a multi-level historic home requiring frequent stair use, prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of executive housekeeping experience in private homes or estates
- Demonstrated experience maintaining large, high-end residences
- Experience with laundry care, wardrobe management, and household organization
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and well presented in appearance
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and anticipate household needs
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
