Job Overview
Heritage Signs & Displays is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to expand our footprint with premium commercial, corporate, and institutional clients. For the professional who excels in the field, this role carries the internal and client-facing title of Site Advisor.
This position is for a motivated professional who thrives in a culture of high expectations, clear accountability, and hard work. At Heritage, we run a meritocracy. We operate with a growth mindset, meaning we invest heavily in the professional development of our people and want to see you succeed, grow, and win. If you possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to exceptional standards, and a desire to control your own professional trajectory, you will thrive here.
In this role, you will take ownership of high-intent incoming web leads, re-engage historic accounts, and meet face-to-face with decision-makers on-site. You will serve as the consultative bridge between a client’s vision for their architectural space and our execution team, translating branding goals into high-end signage and display solutions.
Our Culture & Values

Key Responsibilities
1. Consultative Engagement & Discovery
- Warm Lead Execution: Rapidly respond to and qualify high-intent incoming web leads, initiating a professional, consultative discovery process.
- Account Re-activation: Strategically reconnect with existing clients whose accounts have gone cold, uncovering new opportunities within their current pipelines.
- On-Site Consultations: Meet clients directly at their properties/facilities to listen to their vision, goals, and aesthetic requirements for branding their environment.
- Collaborative Ideation: Brainstorm and present creative, high-impact visual solutions during site visits to help clients conceptualize what is possible.
2. Site Assessment & Technical Execution
- Precision Site Surveys: Conduct accurate, detailed on-site surveys of commercial spaces (taking measurements, assessing surfaces, analyzing visibility, and documenting structural needs).
- Scoping & Estimation: Translate site survey data into clear, accurate scopes of work to form the foundation of competitive, profitable proposals.
3. Deal Closure & Team Collaboration
- Proposal Presentation: Develop and present polished, data-driven project proposals and quotes to decision-makers.
- Internal Alignment: Partner closely with internal Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure a seamless transition from the hand-off of won projects through production and installation.
- Account Growth: Build lasting, transparent relationships post-sale to secure long-term client retention and ongoing referral business.
Qualifications & Profile
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or project consulting—ideally within commercial real estate, architecture, design, commercial printing, or signage construction.
- Market Savvy: Comfortable and polished interacting with corporate clients, general contractors, developers, and facility managers in the commercial market.
- Spatial & Technical Aptitude: Ability to read a room, understand architectural scales, and conduct thorough physical site surveys.
- Communication Style: Direct, transparent, and articulate. You should be skilled at asking deep questions, listening intently to client objectives, and presenting solutions clearly.
- Execution-Minded: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple moving project proposals simultaneously, and driven by data and results.
What We Offer
- Clear Path to Success: A structured environment where top performers are recognized, celebrated, and rewarded.
- Professional Development: Direct mentorship and resources to help you sharpen your skills, expand your industry knowledge, and scale your career.
- Strong Operational Backing: A dedicated, team of internal Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure that the promises you make in the field are flawlessly executed.
