Haymond Law Firm is seeking an experienced Massachusetts Litigation Paralegal to join our growing personal injury team.
This is not an entry-level role and is not a general paralegal position.
We are specifically looking for a candidate with substantial hands-on experience managing Massachusetts personal injury litigation files from inception through trial preparation and resolution.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have a proven track record handling Massachusetts litigation matters from start to finish, with a thorough understanding of the Commonwealth's court rules, filing requirements, deadlines, procedures, and litigation workflow.
You must be comfortable independently managing the litigation process, including:
- Preparing and filing pleadings in Massachusetts courts
- Managing service of process requirements
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Tracking and calendaring litigation deadlines
- Coordinating depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Preparing trial exhibits and litigation materials
- Managing case files through settlement, trial, or resolution
- Ensuring compliance with Massachusetts court procedures and filing protocols
NOTE: Important Requirement
Massachusetts litigation experience is required.
Candidates who have only worked on Connecticut cases, pre-litigation files, or general legal administrative matters will not be considered. We are seeking a paralegal who has direct experience navigating the unique requirements of Massachusetts litigation and can immediately contribute without extensive training.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of Massachusetts litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience handling Massachusetts litigation files from commencement through resolution
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
