Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our operation.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, invoicing, filing, and document management
-Send monthly statements to customers
- Assist with the dispatching of products.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Utilize computer skills to computerize office operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
