We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations during overnight hours. Your hospitality expertise will ensure a smooth guest experience, from check-in to check-out, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures with a focus on hospitality management and guest relations
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond promptly to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information using excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy for hotel management
- Address guest needs proactively, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting routine safety inspections during overnight shifts
- Assist with administrative tasks such as completing shift reports, updating reservation systems, and managing guest requests with professionalism
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized front desk area aligned with hospitality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk operations or night audit responsibilities
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and guest services procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated understanding of phone etiquette, guest relations, and hospitality best practices

SHIFT/HOURS: 2 TO 3 DAYS PER WEEK.
We are looking for a front desk agent who can fill our night audit position 2 days a week (10pm to 6am) and 2nd shift position (2pm to 10pm) 1 or 2 days a week. Depending on the current needs of the hotel. Open availability preferred.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
