JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves participating in prevention and intervention initiatives to support at-risk students and reduce chronic absenteeism. Integral to the mission of Prince William County Public Schools, the position helps ensure on-time graduation for students and removes barriers to learning for at-risk students. As a service coordinator and case manager, the role ensures student wellbeing and care support are effectively implemented.
