You do not need previous insurance experience or an active license to apply. We provide training, licensing assistance, proven sales systems, and direct coaching from experienced leaders.
You will speak with individuals who have already requested information about life insurance. There is no cold calling and no searching for your own prospects. Your job is to connect with qualified leads, understand their needs, and help them select the right coverage.

What You Will Do
- Contact warm leads who have requested life insurance information
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person consultations
- Learn about each client’s goals, budget, and coverage needs
- Recommend suitable life insurance solutions
- Follow up consistently and manage an organized sales pipeline
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Build lasting client relationships
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development
