We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, staying organized, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and trade partners.
We are looking for a hands-on Site Superintendent who can take ownership of daily field operations and keep projects moving efficiently.
Position Overview:
The Site Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day jobsite management, including coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedule, ensuring quality, and keeping projects organized and moving forward.
This is a field leadership role, not an office or project management position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on active residential and light commercial job sites
- Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and trades on site
- Maintain and enforce project schedules in coordination with project management
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and building codes
- Perform ongoing quality control and identify issues before they become problems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper staging on site
- Prepare sites for inspections and ensure readiness
- Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and basic documentation (Buildertrend or similar)
- Communicate daily updates, issues, and progress to project management
- Identify and communicate potential change conditions or conflicts in the field
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in residential and/or light commercial construction
- Proven ability to run a job site and manage subcontractors independently
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and jobsite safety requirements
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar software is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation:
$75,000 – $85,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
