$10,000 Sign On Bonus
The Home Care Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home care patients. Responsible to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and cosign their documentation when required. Supports organizations mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.
