Duties
- Engage with clients during in-home consultations to understand their renovation, lighting, and interior design needs
- Present product demos and layout designs using tools like SketchUp or CAD software to visualize solutions
- Negotiate pricing, upsell additional products or services, and close sales confidently
- Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, and lighting design to ensure optimal aesthetic and functional results
- Manage account details through POS systems, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives, organizational tasks, and stock management to support store operations
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end product demonstrations
- Familiarity with SketchUp, CAD, or lighting design software is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction, or interior design enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and retail math is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining organizational efficiency
- Previous exposure to marketing strategies and product demos will help you succeed in engaging customers effectively

Pay: $76,895.97 - $92,605.90 per year
