We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and record session data and complete detailed progress notes
Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers
Create a structured, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment
For RBT Candidates:
For BT Candidates:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field preferred
Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training support may be available)
For All Candidates:
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working with children and/or adolescents
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Competitive pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour
