Maintenance Technician / Make-Ready Technician Marina Walk Apartments – St. Petersburg, FL
Marina Walk Apartments is seeking a reliable Maintenance / Make-Ready Technician to help prepare apartments for new residents and assist with general community maintenance.
Responsibilities include:

Completing apartment make-readies (painting, drywall, basic plumbing & electrical, appliance checks).

Responding to routine maintenance requests.

Assisting with preventive maintenance and grounds upkeep.

Working with vendors as needed.

Providing professional, resident-focused service.
Qualifications:

Apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.

Strong attention to detail and time management.
-
Valid driver’s license; EPA certification a plus.

Full-time position.

On-call rotation may be required.
