About the Role
As a PinnacleGuard Independent Project Sales Representative, you'll connect with homeowners and businesses to deliver high-quality exterior solutions. This is a true 1099 independent contractor position — you operate your own business, set your own schedule, and determine your own methods for achieving results. You maintain full independence in how you manage your work and run your sales process.
Responsibilities
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for:
- Generating and managing your own leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach
- Educating clients on roofing and exterior solutions with honesty and professionalism
- Managing each project from sale through completion, coordinating with PinnacleGuard's production team as needed
- Maintaining your own organized records and sales pipeline
- Ensuring all completed work meets PinnacleGuard's quality and compliance standards upon project completion
Contractor Compensation & Terms
- Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential — top performers earn $80K–$150K+
- Performance bonuses available for volume and milestone achievements
- Annual renewable contractor agreement
- No set quotas, no micromanagement — you control your business
Contractor Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to independently close sales
- Reliable transportation
- Basic tools necessary to perform site evaluations (phone, tablet, ladder)
- Active general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage are required. Contractors who do not currently carry coverage must obtain it prior to beginning work.
- Prior experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is preferred but not required
Independent Contractor Notice
This position is classified as an independent contractor (1099) engagement. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. PinnacleGuard Roofing LLC does not withhold income taxes, provide employee benefits, or direct the day-to-day methods by which contractors perform their work. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship.
