Tomlinson Dental is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team. If you love working with patients, take pride in precision, and bring a great attitude to work every day, we'd love to meet you.
Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Must be able to fabricate temporary crowns — this is a required skill
- Proficient in taking dental X-rays (digital sensors)
- Comfortable with four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting
- Strong communication skills and patient-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- X-ray certification per Florida state requirements
Preferred (not required):
- Experience with implant/surgical procedures
- Experience with digital scanners (TRIOS or similar)
- Familiarity with Dentrix practice management software
