Job Summary
All Phase Flooring LLC is looking for a commission-based Outside Sales Representative / Business Development contractor to help grow flooring installation accounts in Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas.
This role is focused on building relationships with property managers, landlords, realtors, builders, restoration companies, investors, and other repeat flooring clients who need reliable flooring installation services.
This is a contract, commission-based opportunity. It is not a salaried position. Earnings depend on closed and collected flooring installation jobs brought into the company.
Responsibilities
- dentify and contact potential flooring installation accounts
- Build relationships with property managers, realtors, landlords, builders, and restoration companies
- Follow up with leads and potential accounts
- Represent All Phase Flooring LLC professionally
- Communicate account opportunities clearly with the owner
Experience
- Outside sales, business development, property management, real estate, construction, flooring, restoration, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong local networking and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable contacting property managers, landlords, realtors, builders, investors, and restoration companies
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on commission
- Professional communication and follow-up skills
- Flooring knowledge is helpful, but not required if the candidate has strong sales and relationship-building ability
Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
