**We are seeking an individual who is a either a recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields. Great opportunity for someone with little to no experience in ERP systems.**
Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day support, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's SAP Business One ERP system. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal users experiencing system issues, manages user access and onboarding, delivers SAP training, and produces operational reports using Crystal Reports and SQL. Works closely with Garrett Leather's SAP partner to resolve complex issues and ensure system stability.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Troubleshoot SAP Business One problems reported by internal users; diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner
2. Coordinate with the company's SAP partner/VAR to escalate and resolve complex system issues; track open tickets through to resolution
3. Create and configure new SAP user accounts, including roles, authorization groups, and permissions; deactivate accounts for departing employees and perform periodic access audits
4. Develop and deliver SAP training for new hires and existing staff covering core functionality relevant to each user's role; maintain training documentation and onboarding materials
5. Edit, maintain, and create Crystal Report layouts used for operational and customer-facing documents (invoices, packing lists, order confirmations, etc.)
6. Write and maintain T-SQL queries to extract operational data from SAP Business One for management reporting, auditing, and ad hoc analysis
7. Assist in writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SAP-related workflows as needed.

Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual is preferred to have knowledge of SAP Business One ERP
- software, Transact Structured Query Language (T-SQL), SAP Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel, and
- Microsoft Word. Familiarity with user access administration and ERP configuration is strongly preferred.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer
- Science, or a related field; and preferred experience in SAP but not required.
- Specialized Training:
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
