As a BOH team member, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and organizing smash rooms for appointments and walk-ins.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of rooms for large company parties, in some cases including during non-operating hours.
- Ensuring all equipment and materials are in excellent condition and ready for use.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the back-of-house areas.
- Lifting and moving items weighing 45+ lbs as part of your daily tasks.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Is physically capable of lifting 45+ lbs.
- Is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a flexible schedule to accommodate appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays, walk-ins Wednesday through Sunday, and occasional after-hours events for large groups.
- No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a great attitude!
