At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Supervisor to work with a leading logistics company in Northampton. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and distribution center operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.
Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 5:00pm to 1:30am

Essential Requirements for Supervisor
- More than 3 years of warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience
- Ability to manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Desirable Requirements for Supervisor
- Ability to use labor management systems
- Ability to use a forklift
- Ability to implement process improvements and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs
Role Responsibilities for Supervisor
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety standards are met
- Manage labor, scheduling, employee timekeeping, and payroll activities
- Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and support cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and workplace safety regulations
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure excellent service
